Asian catering might not have been at the top of your traditional winter catering list, but just think about it for a minute. It’s freezing cold outside, what better way to warm up than with a hearty helping of spicy, aromatic Asian cuisine? You might even find you have a sweat on by the end of your meal!
Yim Thai specialises in Thai catering and all of their ingredients come straight from Thailand and are cooked up by Thai chefs, so authenticity is guaranteed. It wouldn’t have been right to complete this list without mentioning a true staple of winter catering, the traditional hog roast.
